Happy Tuesday, dolls! We hope your first week of Spring is off to a great start. As the weather (slowly) warms up, we’re getting out butts back in the gym and back in shape. We have the details on the best athleisure and fitness gear, and spoiler alert, you’re going to be obsessed!
Unlike most bloggers, athleisure probably makes up 75% of my wardrobe. Let’s be honest, it’s the best of both worlds; you can workout in athleisure, or you can wear the comfy outfit while being a complete sloth during a Netflix bingathon. So whether you’re headed to the gym, or headed to the couch, I’ve laid out the must-have athleisure items that you need in your collection.
We all know I have a shoe addiction, and athletic shoes are no exception. Last spring I bought these Nike’s, and they’re still my fav gym shoes of all time. They’re super light, but supportive enough to run outside and on the treadmill. (Literally the only running shoes that don’t give me shinsplints). I’m also obsessed with these, these, these, and these!
If possible, I would wear leggings every day for the rest of my life… While my employer probably wouldn’t approve, I’d love it. I’ll be honest, if you don’t own a pair a Lululemon leggings, they really are worth the splurge. I’ve been living in this pair (pictured above), and I’m dying to buy these, which are currently sitting in my shopping cart. Zella leggings are my second fave. Loving these, these, these and these.
