Casual Outfits For Your Thanksgiving Feast

It’s already the week of Thanksgiving! Call me crazy, but I offered to host our family for Thanksgiving this year. I’ve been spending so much time prepping my house for the festivities, that I completely forgot to think about what I’ll be wearing! Not sure about you ladies, but typically I like to stay pretty casual for Thanksgiving. I think Christmas should be a little bit dressier, so I’ll enjoy my jeans while I still can.

Since I’ll be cooking, I definitely want to be comfortable, and so I’ll be wearing basics that I can actually move around in. I put together two looks, wearing similar colors, and the same jeans. The first look features my favorite BP white long-sleeve tee (only $19) with my distressed Paige Denim jeans.

I threw this cute plaid Madewell scarf over the tee and finished the look with my Dior sunnies and Sam Edelman booties to dress it up a little bit.

If you’re still looking for booties, definitely give this pair a try, they are so comfortable, especially for all-day wear.

My second look is even more cozy. This crew neck sweater from BP is a must-buy. I already have it in three colors, and I’ve been eyeing the new navy option. It’s long enough to wear over leggings to work, or you can just pair it with jeans like I did here.

I’ve been looking for a cute pair of flats for awhile, but I kept turning up dry. I finally stumbled on these AMAZING lace-up flats at Target for $25, similar styles here, here and here!

Let us know what you’re wearing for your Thanksgiving festivities!
