Prosecco Pours: The Bubbly Strawberry Mojito


Happy Saturday dolls! Thankfully, the weekend isn’t over yet, and there’s still time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cocktail. Today for Prosecco Pours, we’re sharing our new favorite drink; the bubbly strawberry mojito. (Read about our other favorite drinks here, and here.)


This tasty beverage features fresh strawberries, rum, and Prosecco. It’s easy to make, and even easier to sip on over the weekend.


We’ll be drinking this refreshing cocktail all summer long! This recipe makes 2 cocktails.


  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 4 oz. white rum (we use Malibu)

  • 1 bottle Prosecco


  1. Place 1/4 cup strawberries, 4 mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, and 2 oz. lime juice in each glass. Use a muddler to crush the strawberries and mint leaves.

  2. Stir in 2 oz. of rum into each glass.

  3. Top with Prosecco.

  4. Garnish with additional strawberries as desired.
