I hope you dolls are ready for another Prosecco Pours! This week, we’re sharing the mother of all summer cocktails; the bubbly vodka strawberry lemonade frozen slush! It might be hard to get that all out in one breath, but these drinks are incredibly easy to make. Like all frozen cocktails, they’re perfect to serve during the summer months out by the pool!
If you want to make these for a special occasion, be sure to plan ahead. The mixture takes at least 8 hours to freeze, so I always make it the night before I plan to serve it. Also, make sure you have a big enough plastic container, with a fitted lid. A gallon sized ice cream jug is perfect, but I used a big tupperware container that I found in the pantry.
Once the mixture is frozen, all you have to do is scoop it into glasses, top with champagne, and enjoy! They are seriously so easy, and so incredibly delicious. This recipe makes at least 10-15 drinks (depending on the size of your glass 😉 ) Follow these instructions to learn how to make bubbly vodka strawberry lemonade frozen slush.
Pour thawed lemonade concentrate, vodka, and Sprite into the gallon container. Mix well, then cover and place in the freezer. Freeze for at least 8 hours before removing. Once mixture is frozen, remove from freezer, and let it set for five minutes. Using a spoon, begin stirring and breaking up the slushy mixture. Then scoop the mixture into glasses. Top with champagne and garnish the glasses with lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
