We are so excited to kick off our new summer series, Prosecco Pours. This post features our favorite bubbly recipe; Mimosas At Midnight. It is no secret we love our Prosecco, and we love it at all times of the day (yes, even at midnight). We also love exploring new pairings to keep it fresh and fun.
The simple ingredients and easy assembly of this cocktail will keep you sipping all night long. This refreshing drink pairs perfectly with summer nights spent on the patio (our favorite weekend spot). Plus, all those anti-oxidants have to make it healthy, right?
Champagne (our bubbly of choice is La Marca Prosecco)
Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Use a muddler to juice one grapefruit. Pour glass a third full with juice. (Muddle half of the second grapefruit if needed.) Top with chilled champagne. Cut remaining grapefruit into chunks. Garnish the drink with grapefruit chunks, mint leaves and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
